Forums Terms and Rules

Before utilizing and participating in the SoloTrader forum (hereafter referred to as the Forum), please ensure that you have read and understood the following terms and rules.

Consent

  • The participant is already subject to the terms and rules of the forum once he or she participates in any way in the forums.

  • It is understood that the participant gives his or her consent once he utilizes any part of the forum and that he or she understands the risks involved in participating in the discussions. See Disclaimer.

Membership

  • Only registered members may participate in the forum. You may register at the website.

  • One account corresponds to one member. Usage of more than one account per member is strictly prohibited

  • In case of restriction of account in under any circumstance, contact the SoloTrader support team at support@solotrader.com

  • Participants should observe the security of their own accounts by avoiding inputting insinuating information in the name or signature that may be used to compromise the participant’s privacy: contact number, e-mail information, address, phone number, and any other relevant information.

  • Participants are prohibited to advertise in their names and signature.

  • Participants are restricted to input active, inactive, and referral links in their name or signature.

Restrictions

  • Participants are held responsible for their posts. Forum materials that are knowingly false, defamatory, vulgar, inappropriate, profane, obscene, discriminating, inaccurate, threatening, violative of laws, etc. are strictly prohibited.

  • Insults, threat, spam, irrelevant, emotional accusations, incoherent and senseless data, illegal copyrighted ideas (software, books, articles, etc.), against the forum administration and other participants are strictly prohibited.

  • Never publish private data.

  • Don’t post redundant topics and post unnecessary replies.

  • SoloTrader reserves the right to ban, remove, and delete members and forum topics, threads, replies, section and subsection without prior notice if it, in any way, harms the company or the participants or falls under any of the restrictions above.

Etiquette

  • Participants should use appropriate and clear language without embelishment such as font color or size etc., employ proper use of text markers (don’t use Caps Lock, numbers in place of letters, symbols in place of letters, etc.), and observe appropriate utilization of threads, its topics, replies, and forum section.

  • The main forum language is English.

  • Topics should be clear and concise and have no existing similar threads. Us forum search to ensure that there are no existing similar threads.

  • In replying, do not quote whole texts. Instead, choose only the essential words that concern your response.

  • Do not transact in the forums.

  • Include references and cite sources in posting original ideas.

  • Respect the administration and other participants.

Advertisement and Copyrights

  • Do not advertise competing brokerages, third party brokers, potentially harmful software, information, and copyrighted materials. SoloTrader is not liable for unverified advertisements and links. See Disclaimer.

  • Participants are only allowed to advertise in the ‘Advertisement’ section. Advertisements outside that section should be and will be removed.

  • Everything that a participant posts and inputs in the forum is automatically the property of SoloTrader and any copyright the posting participant claims will be rendered useless. The jurisdiction of these posts and inputs will now fall under the company's discrepancy.

  • All information and material within the forum may not be copied to any other forum.

Violations

  • Violation of the SoloTrader Forum Terms and Rules subjects the participant to a warning, access limitation, or banning.

  • Participants may report violators to the forum administrator. Contact them at support@solotrader.com inclusive of the details of the violation: forum name of reporter, forum name of violator, link to the thread or post where the violation occurred, and the reason for the violation. Other forms of report will not be considered.

  • Everything that a participant posts and inputs in the forum is automatically the property of SoloTrader and any copyright the posting participant claims will be rendered useless. The jurisdiction of these posts and inputs will now fall under the company's discrepancy.

  • Violation of administrators or moderators should be directly reported to the forum administrator. Contact them at support@solotrader.com inclusive of the details of the violation: forum name of reporter, forum name of violating administrator/moderator, link to the thread or post where the violation occurred, and the reason for the violation. Other forms of report will not be considered.
